Research Fellows 2015-2016

The Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance is thrilled to congratulate the 2015-2016 Research Fellows.

Fellows will engage in a variety of research activities in the field of business, commercial, and consumer laws. Activities will include 1) researching current issues in business law, with special emphasis on developments in New Jersey corporate law, 2) developing research that compares New Jersey corporate law with the corporate law of other states, especially New York and Delaware, and 3) presenting this research in the form of papers, reports, and/or blog entries that will be posted on the Center website. Professor Chrystin Ondersma, the Research Director of the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance, will guide the research agenda and supervise the fellows.
