Please join us for a discussion hosted by the University of Connecticut’s Business & Human Rights Initiative on employing contracts as tools for improving human rights in supply chains. Rutgers’ own Professor Sarah Dadush, CCLG Senior Fellow, Olivia Windham Stewart, and Professor David Snyder, American University College of Law, will present their work leading an ABA working group that has developed a set of model contract clauses for human rights (the MCCs). The MCCs were published in March 2021 and can be included in international supply contracts to improve social (the “S” in “ESG”) performance. Professor Erika George, University of Utah College of Law, will offer comments on and reactions to the MCC project.

The webinar will take place on Wednesday, February 9 from 12:30pm to 1:45pm EST. Register for the event here.
